Pre-treatment Plants
Dip Pre Treatment Plants :
- The articles are loaded in a basket.
- The basket is lifted with hoist (manually)/transporter (semi-automatic / automatic) & dipped in various tanks as per required chemical process.
Spray Pre Treatment Plants :
- The conveyor carries the article inside the tunnel which is provided with different zones as per chemical process
- Pumps & valves are used to control spray density & pressure inside tunnel.
- For better circulation system tanks with filters are provided below the zones.
Conveyorised Dip Pre Treatments
- Conveyor carries the article through tank for a required time.
